I was pleasantly surprised as it was within a few hours of my request. When he did the walk-through, he listened to what I said and based his solution on my needs. This was not the same experience that I received from other companies. Although I mentioned a more expensive unit, and potentially install, he explained why his solution was more effective, efficient, and cost effective. Xeno and Jason completed the installation while minimizing dust and debris. They both even took the time to clean up any messes made, even around my couch. They were communicative throughout the process, and John even stopped by to ensure the installation met the expectations that he had set with me during the initial quote.
